Tyra Williams

Tyra Williams is a Theatre major with a concentration in film at Texas State University.  Tyra has been involved in acting and theatre since middle school. Starring in local plays in central Texas, school production plays, and even competing on speech and debate teams. She has won countless awards. Tyra has collaborated with Austin Film Festival her junior and senior year of highschool which peaked her interest in film. Since then Tyra has been taking classes at Texas State University and has worked on multiple film projects. Her drive to tell stories and connect with others through artistic performances has been something she's worked on her whole life.  Her passion for art exceeds performance art, and spills into visual spaces.
